Literary Accomplishment

Guardian Publishing House was started in 2003 by Owner/President David H. C. Carter and his partner and best friend, the late Tyrus D. Bingham III with the goal of putting out the literary works of author D. H. C. Carter. Since then it has gone on to publish four novels and short novels along with two previous works written by the author in the early 2000s. David H. C. Carter was born in Richmond, Va., where he currently resides. He graduated from Richmond Community High School, for the gifted and talented, and studied political science at Hampton University.
